Dhokhla is very common dish but dhokla bites are some thing new. Try this recipe It's hope everyone likes it
I will surely try this.
Firstly make the dohkla batter
Take a bowl Sevie the gram flour
Now add all the dry ingredients and mix well
Now add the water slowly slowly stir it well
Lastly add oil mix well
Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes by covering with a plate
Meanwhile heat the steamer or a kadahi by adding water
Greese the dhokla plates or cake mould
I used the square shape cake mould
Pour the batter in mould and steaming for 15 minutes on medium flame
Check the dhokla with the help of toothpick
If toothpick comes out clean then it is cooked otherwise cooked for some few minutes
Take out the dhokla and keep it aside and let it cool
Meanwhile start preparing the tadka
Take a pan add oil let it heat,
Add black mustard when it starts crackling add green chillies saute for a minute
Now add water, Salt, sugar, chaat masala and green coriander mix well
Let the water boil and sugar melts
Now unmould the dhokla from tin on a plate & cut into square type pieces
Now pour the tadka on dhokla and let the dhokla soak the syrup
After few minutes
Take dhokla pieces cut into two parts
On one part spread tomato ketchup and another part spread green chutney and closed the dhokla bite
Make as many pieces you want
Garnish with some bhelpuri sev
Dhokla bites are ready to serve
