Healthy recipe for kids, kids never want to eat simple healthy food but we moms always want to make them eat healthy, here I tried to make this recipe with wheat flour and goodness of oats.

For dough
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup oats flour ( I used home made) (to make at home check it in tip section)
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp dry mint leaves powder
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Other ingredients :-
1 medium sized onion cut into fine pieces
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 green chilly cut into fine (optional)
1 spring curry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
Butter or ghee 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 sachet Maggie masala
Salt to taste
corriender leaves for garnishing
tomato sauce for serving
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients of dough and then add butter , mix well ,add water and make a soft dough
Divide into 3 equal portions and make balls
Now roll out a thick chapati and cut square pieces by making vertical and horizontal cuts, with help of sharp knife
In a deep pan add sufficient water to boil
Add those chapati pieces and boil them 5-7 minutes or till boil properly
Strain the pieces and take out in a plate to cool slightly
Now in a wok heat butter, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to splutter then add asafoetida and curry leaves
Now add garlic, onion and green chillies and saute for few seconds
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder Maggie masala and salt and mix well
Now add boiled chapati pieces and mix them properly to coat with masala
Switch off the flame , garnish with corriender leaves , drizzle some tomato sauce and serve
