ABOUT Quick Green Chilli Pickle RECIPE

This is an easy pickle made with green chillies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green chili chopped 1 cup
  2. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  3. Oil
  4. Cumin seed 1 tsp
  5. Hing a pinach
  6. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Corinader seed 1 tsp
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST ALL THE SPICES
  2. TRANSFER THEM TO A MIXER JAR, GRIND
  3. MAKE A FINE POWDER LIKE THIS
  4. TAKE 150 GMS WASHED, DRIED & SLIT GREEN CHILLIES, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & RED CHILLI POWDERS
  5. ADD THE GROUND SPICES, SALT TO TASTE, 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  6. ADD 3/4 CUP OIL ( HEATED UP TILL SMOKING POINT & COOLED ), MIX & STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT BOTTLE
