Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 20 green chili
  2. 3 tablespoons coriander
  3. 1-1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
  4. 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  6. 1 tsp cumin
  7. 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida
  8. 3 teaspoons salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  10. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  11. 2 tablespoons mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the chilies .
  2. cut into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Combine coriander, fennel, and fenugreek,cumin ,mustard seeds.
  4. heat slightlyband Grind coarsely
  5. Add salt, ,asafoetida turmeric and spices into greenchilli .
  6. Mix well.
  7. Heat oil until quite hot, and pour over
  8. Add vinegar and mix well, again
  9. place in a glass jar.Let the jar sit two days at room temperature
  10. Pickle is ready to serve.Chili Pickle will keep in the refrigerator up to one month.
