Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 250 gm green chilli (thick)
  2. 2tbsp yellow sarso
  3. 1tbsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2kala jeera
  5. 1tbsp mustrd seeds
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  8. Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1tbsp
  10. Mustrd oil 8tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roast all spices for 2 minutes in medium flame
  2. Grind in mixer
  3. Deseed green chilli cut half Fill masala
  4. Heat a pan add oil when it hot add cumin seeds
  5. Cool it for 7 minutes then pour in green chilli
