  2. Grated carrot 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. For seasoning..
  5. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  7. Urad dal 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chilli 1
  9. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. GRATED CARROT 2 CUP
  2. MOONG DAL 1 CUP
  3. SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD SEASONING, MIX WELL AND SERVE
