Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 200 gms
  2. Curd 2 tsp
  3. Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tsp
  4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Egg 1
  8. Pepper 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt accordingly
  10. Curry leaves few
  11. Onion slices for garnishing
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 200 GMS MUTTON
  2. ADD 2 TSP CURD
  3. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLY PASTE
  4. ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY
  5. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF CORIANDER POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  8. MIX WELL TOGETHER AND MARINATE FOR AN HOUR
  9. ADD LITTLE OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER
  10. ADD THE MARINATED MUTTON
  11. STIR WELL AND PRESSURE COOK FOR 8 WHISTLES OR UNTIL SOFT
  12. ONCE PRESSURE IS RELEASED COOK DRY UNTIL ALL THE WATER DRIES
  13. BREAK OPEN AN EGG
  14. ADD SALT AND PEPPER
  15. WHISK WELL
  16. YOU COULD SEE THE MUTTON PIECE WELL COATED WITH MASALA
  17. DIP WELL IN THE EGG AND DEEP FRY
  18. FLIP OCCASIONALLY. COOK IN LOW FLAME
  19. ADD IN SOME CURRY LEAVES
  20. REMOVE FROM OIL ONCE IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN
  21. GARNISH WITH ONION SLICES
