Lovely mutton chop dish!
Marinate lamb pieces with curd ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder for 30 min .Heat oil in a pressure cooker(2-3tbsp)
Add whole spices and fry for 1min. Saute onions till golden brown . Add the ginger garlic paste & Saute for 1 minute .
Add all powders and saute for 1 minute . Add curd and saute till oil separates. Add lamb pieces and saute till it changes colour Add enough water and pressure cook for 15-20 mln on low flame
After mutton is cooked transfer it to Kadhai . Add tomatoes potatoes and salt. Simmer on low flame till the water evaporates and curry thickens
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
