  1. Mixed sporuts 2 cup
  2. Tamarind 1 Gooesberry size
  3. Cumin powder1 tsp
  4. Fennal power 3 tsp
  5. Onion 1
  6. Hing (optional) pinch
  7. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 5 tsp
  9. Tumeric pich
  10. Tomato 1
  11. Water as per need
  12. Salt as taste

Instructions

  1. ADD CUMIN POWDER,FENNAL POWDER IN OIL FOR SEASONING
  2. ADD ONION AND GARLIC IN PAN AND FRY UPTO IT COLOUR CHANGE
  3. FINALLY ADD TOMATO AND SALT
  4. AFTER TOMATO FRIED ADD MASALA POWDERS
  5. MIX ALL WELL
  6. THEN ADD MIXED SPROUTS
  7. ADD WATER AND CLOSE THE PAN FOR 20 MIN
  8. SEPARATE SOAKED TAMARIN JUICE
  9. ADD IN COOKED SPORUTS MAKE IT TO BOIL
  10. SPICY TANGY SPROUT MASALA READY
