Ingredients: mixed sprouts 200 gms; water 3 cup; oil 1.5 tsp; garlic 7; onion 1/2 cup; green chilli 1 tsp; tomato 1/2 cup; coriander powder 1 tsp; garam masala 1.5 tsp; hing 1/2 tsp; turmeric powder 1.5tsp; grated coconut 1/4 cup; coriander leaves; salt as per taste

Its very healthy....protien rich food/ side dish.....made with mixed sprouts, onions, tomatoes and spices

Ingredients Serving: 4

mixed sprouts 200 gms
water 3 cup
oil 1.5 tsp
garlic 7
onion 1/2 cup
green chilli 1 tsp
tomato 1/2 cup
coriander powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1.5 tsp
hing 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1.5tsp
grated coconut 1/4 cup
coriander leaves
salt as per taste

Instructions

Take 200 grm of mixed sprouts in a bowl...Then rinse the sprouts very well...
Add the sprouts in the pressure cooker with 2 cups of water
On a medium flame, cook the sprouts for 3 to 4 whistles...
Heat 1.5 tsp of oil in a pan..add sliced garlic and saute for a minute on a low flame...
Then add onion, tomato nd green chillies...
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala , hing ..mix the spices very well with the onion tomato mixture on a low flame....
Then add the boiled sprouts nd 1 cup water,salt as per taste....
Add coriander leaves...Cover nd cook for a minute on a low flame...Remove the lid add 1/2 cup of fresh grated coconut nd mix well....
Garnshing the onion.....and serve it
