Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups mixed sprouts (mataki,moong,chana,peas)
  2. Broken dry fruits, handful
  3. Raisins- 1 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Handful of coriander, chopped
  6. Green chillies- 2
  7. Carom seeds 1 tsp
  8. Oil as required
  9. Few curry leaves, optional
  10. 1 onion, chopped, optional
  11. 1 tsp ginger, chopped, optional
  12. 1 tablespoon gram flour

Instructions

  1. Take the sprouts in a bowl, add in the green chillies, ginger, salt and grind it well.
  2. To this, add in the carom seeds, dry fruits, raisins and gram flour. Mix it well together.
  3. Make small tikki shapes and deep fry them on a medium flame.
  4. Serve it alongside green curd chutney.
