ABOUT Sprouts papad bhel RECIPE

I have created a perfect combination of health and taste , these are shallow fried papad with just a spoon of ghee combined with healthy sprouts chat. A must try recipe which hardly takes 5min to make so if any guest surprisingly comes to your house you can surprise them with such recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. mixed sprouts 1cup
  2. papad 2big
  3. Salt 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
  6. Roasted jeera powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Ghee 1tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Roll papad and cut into thin stripes
  2. Add 1tbsp ghee a tawa.
  3. Roast papad until they are crunchy.
  4. Mix steamed sprouts with all the dry masala.
  5. Now in a bowl make layers of roasted papad and sprouts and serve instantly.
  6. Sprout papad bhel is ready to serve.
