Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 cup 5 rice blend
  2. 1 tomato chopped
  3. 50 grams paneer
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tspn Oregano sprinkle
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1/tspn garlic crushed
  8. 1/2 cup curds
  9. 1 cup boondi
  10. Pepper to sprinkle
  11. 1 tspn chaat masala

Instructions

  1. I TOOK THIZ HALF CUP 5 RICE BLEND RICE
  2. SOAKED RICE OF OVER NIGHT BOILED AND STRAINED ,1 TOMATO 50 GRAMS PIECE OF PANEER
  3. CUT OUT PANEER INTO 5-6 PIECES
  4. HEAT1 TBLSPN OLIVE OIL IN A PAN ADD 1TSPN CRUSHED GARLIC
  5. GET THE GARLIC YO BURN LITTLE ADD TOMATO CHOPPED
  6. ADD 1TSPN RED CHILLI KASHMIRI POWDER SALT TO TASTE 1/2 TSP OREGANO POWDER
  7. ADD PIECES OF PANEER CUT NOW AND MIX LIGHTLY
  8. ADD THE BOILED RICE ANX STIR FRY FOR A MINUTE
  9. COOL AND REMOVE IN BOX MIX SOME BOONDI RAITA TO GO WITH IT
  10. THIN THE RAITA WITH SOME MILK ADD SALT PEPPER CHAAT MASALA
