ABOUT Pepper Paneer Rice RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup rice
  2. Peas 150 gm
  3. Paneer 1 cup
  4. Cashew nuts 20
  5. Dalchini [cinnamon] 1
  6. Ilaichi [cardamom] 2
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper 8
  9. Lemon 1
  10. Oil 5 tbsp for paneer fry& cashew
  11. Coriander leaves [few]
  12. Butter 6 tbsp
  13. Cloves 2

Instructions

  1. 1st fry paneer &cashew or saute in pan, keep aside
  2. Heat a cooker add butter& spices
  3. Add soaked rice and veggies
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Add lemon juice
  6. Add paneer &cashew, now add 4 cups of water, close the lid. Cook until 2 whistles are attained, let the pressure cool down by itself.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
