ABOUT Black pepper rice RECIPE

It good for cold cough and it will give relief from cold and also good breakfast in winter

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  3. Salt as needed
  4. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Urad dal 1 tbsp
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. Red chilli 2
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a Kadai and add oil and let the oil heat
  2. And add urad Dal, mustard seeds, Green chilli, Red chilli and fry well
  3. Now add black pepper powder and fry
  4. Add cooked rice and salt fry well and serve hot.....
