  1. 1 cup leftover jalphreji vegetable
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. Oil for cook parantha

Instructions

  1. TAKE PASTE OF JALFREJI VEGETABLE AND FLOUR
  2. ADD SALT AND MIX
  3. ADD GARAM MASALA AND WATER AS REQUIRED
  4. AND MAKE DOUGH NOW ROLL DOWN PARANTHA
  5. AND CUT WITH LID
  6. HEAT TAWA AND COOK PARANTHA
  7. ADD OIL AND FLIP IT
  8. COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
  9. PARANTHA ARE READY PACK THEM IN TIFFIN WITH CURD AND FRUITS
