This stuffed left over vegetable kachori is deliciousand can be served as snack.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 2cups.
  2. Left over vegetable curry 1cup
  3. Gravy from curry 3table spoon.
  4. Salt 1tea spoon.
  5. Nigella seeds 1tea spoon.
  6. Oil 1table spoon.
  7. Oil(for deep frying)300 ml.
  8. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup.
  9. Cumin powder 1tea spoon.
  10. Chat masala1tea spoon.
  11. Bread crumbs(optional).
  12. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon.
  13. Carom seeds 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Take maida in a bowl.Mix nigella seed,salt,1table spoon oil and gravy from curry .
  2. Make a semi hard dough.If required add some water to make the dough.
  3. Cover the dough and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. Take out vegetable pices from gravy and mash them.
  5. Mix chat masala,cumin powder,and coriander leaves, carom seeds and red chilly powder. Mix well ,if stuffing is more moist add some bread crumbs.
  6. Make 6 equal sized balls of maida dough,roll into small puris and stuff 1table spoon vegetable stuffing in each puri.
  7. Seal the edges of puris and give the shape of kachori after pressing them with palms.
  8. Heat oil in a kadahi.Deep fry kachori on medium flame till golden.
  9. Serve hot with chutney.
