Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour-1 cup
  2. Radish-1 big (green leaves and white part)
  3. Onion-1
  4. Ginger-1 inch
  5. Green chilli-1
  6. Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Oil-1 tbsp
  9. Ghee for roasting

Instructions

  1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THIS QUICK MOOLI PARATHA.
  2. PUT 1 RADISH GREENS,WHITE PART,1 CHOPPED ONION,1 GREEN CHILLI,1 INCH GINGER IN CHOPPER.
  3. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR.ADD THE FINELY CHOPPED RADISH MIXTURE.
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP CAROM SEEDS,SALT AND 1 TBSP OIL.MIX WELL AND ADD LITTLE WATER TO KNEAD DOUGH.
  5. ADD A TSP OF OIL AND MAKE THE DOUGH SMOOTH.NO NEED TO REST THIS DOUGH.
  6. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL A PARATHA.
  7. PUT THE PARATHA ON HOT SKILLET AND ROAST ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  8. TURN WHEN SLIGHT BROWN SPOTS APPEAR.PUT GHEE ON TOP AND TURN TO ROAST AGAIN TILL BOTH SIDES ARE DONE
