Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Water 1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt accordingly
  4. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  5. Ghee 50 ml
  6. Radish 4-5
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Asafoetida a pinch
  11. Oil 20ml

Instructions

  1. GRATE 4-5 RADISH
  2. ADD 20 ML OIL IN A KADAI. ADD THE GRATED RADISH AND STIR WELL
  3. ADD SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, JEERA POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER AND A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA.
  4. MIX ALL THE MASALAS TOGETHER
  5. ADD A TEASPOON OF GHEE
  6. AND STIR WELL
  7. COOK IT COVERED ON LOW FLAME FOR 10 MINUTES WITH OCCASI9NAL STIRRING.
  8. MAKE A SOFT DOUGH WITH WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR,AJWAIN ,SALT,WATER AND A TEASPOON OF GHEE.
  9. THE RADISH MASALA SHOULD BE COOKED DRY TILL ALL THE WATER IN RADISH EVAPORATES
  10. PLACE A LEMON SIZED DOUGH AND ROLL IT TO A THICK CIRCLE
  11. PLACE A TABLESPOON OF RADISH MASALA ON THE ROLLED DOUGH AND CLOSE IT
  12. DUST IT WITH WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  13. AND ROLL GENTLY TO THIN PARATHAS SO THAT THE MASALA DOESN'T COME OUT
  14. LIKEWISE PREPARE ADEQUATE PARATHAS
  15. COOK BOTH SIDES ON A TAWA
  16. DRIZZLE LITTLE OIL OR GHEE ON BOTH SIDES
  17. MOOLI/RADISH PARATHA IS READY FOR PACKING
