Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Grated mozrilla cheese - 1 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
  5. Boiled corn - 1/4 cup
  6. Oregano
  7. Chilli flakes
  8. Butter
  9. Water
  10. Schewan sauce
  11. Cooking oil
  12. Salt
  13. Pesto sauce

Instructions

  1. ADD SOME WATER AND SALT IN WHEAT FLOUR AND MIX WELL.
  2. MAKE A DOUGH AND KEEP ASIDE
  3. ADD BEANS,CHOPPED CARROT&CHOPPED CAPSICUM TO GRATED MOZRILLA CHEESE.
  4. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION,CHILLI FLAKES AND OREGANO
  5. MIX WELL
  6. MAKE SMALL BALLS
  7. MAKE A ROTI
  8. APPLY SCHZWAN SAUCE OVER IT
  9. SPREAD THE STUFFING ON HALF PART OF ROTI.
  10. ROLL OTHER PART OF ROTI OVER IT.
  11. TAKE A FORK AND DO AS SHOWN
  12. PUT SOME BUTTER OVER A TAVA AND SHALLOW FRY THE PARANTHA
  13. APPLY THE STUFFING ON ONE ROTI AND PLACE ANOTHER ROTI OVER IT
  14. ROLL THE CORNERS AND DO AS SHOWN
  15. SHALLOW FRY THE PARANTHA.
  16. APPLY PESTO SAUCE ON ONE ROTI
  17. SPREAD THE STUFFING AND GIVE IT THE DESIRED SHAPE
