ABOUT PIZZA PRANTHA WITH PIZZA DIP RECIPE

Pizza is a Italian dish. pizza made of maida. but i use whole wheat flour to make it healthy abd use more vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Regular dough 1 cup
  2. For filling.... Chopped onion 2 tablespoon
  3. Chopped bellpaper 2 tablespoon
  4. Boiled corn 2 tablespoon
  5. Chopped tomato skin 2 tablespoon
  6. Pizza seasoning 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Garlic adruk paste 1 teaspoon
  11. Chopped chillies 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Chopped basil leaves 6-7
  13. Home made pizza sauce 4 tablespoon
  14. Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  15. For dip
  16. Mayo 1 tablespoon
  17. Hung curd 1 tablespoon
  18. Pizza sauce 1 teaspoon
  19. Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
  20. Boiled corn 1 teaspoon
  21. Basil leaves 3-4 chopped

Instructions

  1. Finely chopped all vegetables
  2. Mix well .
  3. Take a ball size dough and roll it like full chappati
  4. Placing the 2 tablespoon filling half of the side
  5. Now cover the filling with half one and lock all sides with the help of folk
  6. Shallow fry both sides on preheated tawa or pan
  7. Enjoy with pizza dip
  8. Dip... mix all ingredients mention above for dip and enjoy pizza pranatha
