  1. INGRIDENTS:300GRMS PUMPKIN,1 BIG TOMATO,FRESH CORIANDER HANDFUL,SPICES,IMLI CHUTNEY,SALT TO TASTE
  2. TAKE A KADAI AND ADD OIL
  3. ADD 1 TBSP WHOLE ZEERA
  4. ADD 1 TSP RAI
  5. ADD A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLIE SLICED INTO 2
  7. SAUTE
  8. ADD CHOPPED TOMATO
  9. SAUTEE FOR A MIN
  10. ADD SALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
  11. ADD 1 TSP HALDI PWDR
  12. 1 TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR.YOU CAN ADD MORE IF YOU LIKE IT SPICY
  13. 1 TBSP DHANIA PWDR
  14. GRATE THE PUMPKIN AND ADD TO THE KADAI
  15. MIX WELL
  16. COVER WITH LID FOR 5 MINS
  17. ADD 1 TO 2 TSP KHATTI MITHI IMLI CHUTNEY.I HAVE USED HOME MADE KHAJOOR IMLI CHUTNEY HERE
  18. MIX WELL
  19. ADD FRESH CHOPPED DHANIA
  20. MIX
