Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White pumpkin-250 grms
  2. Channa dal -1 table spoon
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic-3 cloves
  5. Mustard seeds-1/2 spoon
  6. Cumin seeds-1 spoon
  7. oil
  8. Coconut- 3 pieces
  9. curry leaves
  10. Onion - 1 chopped
  11. Chilly-2
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin of white pumpkin and chopped it
  2. In cooker, add channa Dal and required water.
  3. Wait for 3 whistles
  4. In cooker, add oil
  5. Add mustard seeds in the hot oil
  6. Add onion and curry leaves
  7. Add washed pumpkin and cooked Dal and water
  8. Add salt and wait for 1 or 2 whistle
  9. Grind the coconut, garlic, green chillies and cumin seeds like a paste
  10. Add the coconut paste with boild veg
  11. Let it boil for 5 minutes and off the stove
  12. Add whipped curd and mix it well
  13. Serve it with sambar rice and rasam rice
