Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soaked green gram 1 cup
  2. Soaked dosa rice 1 1/2 cup
  3. Water
  4. Salt 3/4 tsp
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAKED GREEN GRAM ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  2. SOAKED DOSA RICE
  3. SALT AND WATER
  4. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. POUR THE BATTER INTO VESSEL
  6. HEAT IRON TAVA AND APPLY OIL
  7. POUR A TABLE SPOON FULL OF BATTER AND CLOSE THE LID
  8. AFTER TWO MINUTES REMOVE IT.
  9. FOLD AND SERVE
