Healthy and yummy, both at the same time. In fact, these are healthier than the regular dosas. My family loves it and I hope you will love it Too

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green gram soaked 2 cups
  2. Rice 3/4th cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chilli flakes a tbsp
  5. Ginger grated a tsp
  6. Coriander leaves a fistful
  7. Onion chopped 1

Instructions

  1. Grind the dal and the rice.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and the consistency of the batter should be that of the normal dosa batter.
  3. Spread the dosa as you do for a regular one
  4. This is how it looks. Pour a tbsp of oil on the sides and also a little in the centre.
  5. Flip it over and cook on the other side for half a minute.
  6. Serve them hot with any chutney.
