Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green gram / hara chana - 1 cup
  2. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Gram flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped green chili - 1/4 tsp
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and grind the green gram coarsely to make a paste.
  2. In a large bowl add green gram paste,green chili,rice flour,gram flour,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well.
  3. Make a thick batter adding adequate water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Pour ladle of batter and spread evenly
  6. Flip when done on one side.
  7. Drizzle the oil.
  8. Serve hot.
