Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green Gram/hara chana - 1 cup
  2. Mawa - 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  4. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Raisins - 1 tbsp
  7. Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Grind green gram coarsely and add to the pan. Mix well
  3. Stir constantly for 10 - 12 mins.
  4. Add sugar and stir until mixture starts thickening
  5. Add mawa , cardamom powder and mix well
  6. Add raisins , crushed almonds and mix well
  7. Pour the mixture on a greased plate and spread evenly.
  8. Slice desired shape and serve
