  1. 2 tsp butter
  2. 5 garlic cloves
  3. 1 chop onion
  4. 1 chop tomato
  5. 1/2 cup capsicum
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 1/2 cup cream
  10. Salt
  11. 2 tsp paav baaji masala
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Haldi
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. Bun
  16. Skewer
  17. 1 tsp butter
  18. Mix herbs

Instructions

  1. ADD BUTTER IN A PAN
  2. ADD GARLIC AND ONION AND SAUTE
  3. ADD TOMATO
  4. AND CAPSICUM
  5. ADD SOME WATER AND COOK VEGIES
  6. NOW ADD PAV BAAJI MASALA
  7. CHILLI POWDER AND SALT
  8. ADD CORIANDER AND MIXMIX GRATED CHEESE AND MILK
  9. COOL IT THEN BLEND IN MIXER
  10. OUR FONDUE IS READY
  11. ADD CREAM
  12. AND MIX PROPERLY
  13. TAKE BUTTER IN PAN AND ADD HERBSCOAT PAAV PIECES IN IT
  14. TAKE SKEWER AND ARRANGE BUT IN IT GARNISH WITH CORIANDER AND SERVE
