Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl alloo tomato
  2. 1 bowl mix veg
  3. 1 bowl peas
  4. 4_5 potatoes
  5. 1 Capsicum
  6. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 2 green chilli
  8. 1 tbsp paav bhaji masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli
  11. 3_4 tomatoes
  12. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  13. 1/2 cabbage
  14. Oil as used
  15. 2 onions
  16. 1stick cinnamon and big elaichi
  17. A pinch heeng

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.add all left over veggies.
  2. Now peel potatoes peas cabbage add them.
  3. Make a paste of Ginger garlic onion and tomatoes with cinnamon and big elaichi.
  4. Now blend all veggies.with adding spices.
  5. Add oil in kadai and add paste of onion tomato ginger garlic saute and add paav bhaji masala.redchilli and turmeric
  6. Mix all well add butter and fry peas .
  7. Like this .
  8. It's done now .roast your paav with butter .... garnish with coriander leaves onions and lemon.
