Boil all chopped veggies excepttomatoes and beet and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,esafoetida,turmeric powder and ginger chilli paste.
Add chopped tomatoes and grated beet and cook completely.
Than add all boiled veggies and all dry spices in it.
Mix well and mash with paav bhaji masher.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Now heat a tawa and grease with butter.
Cut paav with helt of knife and place on hot tawa.
Roast for 2 minutes from both side.
Serve with hot bhaji and chhoped onion.

Recepie is good but few things are not correct. Salt & water are not mentioned in ingredients list. If really wants to taste then Pav bhaji masala quantity should be atleast 5 tbsp.
