Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 15-20 chicken lollipops
  2. For marination-
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp pepper powder
  6. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  7. 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  8. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 lemon
  11. For batter-
  12. 1/2 cup flour
  13. 1/2 cup corn flour
  14. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  15. 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 tsp pepper powder
  18. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1 egg
  20. Water as requeired
  21. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. TAKE 15-20 CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS.
  2. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  5. 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  6. 1 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  7. 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  9. SQUEEZE 1/2 LEMON
  10. AND NOW MARINATE IT.
  11. KEEP FOR 1/2 HOUR.
  12. MEAN WHILE TAKE 1/2 CUP FLOUR.
  13. 1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  14. 1/2 CUP CORN FLOUR
  15. SALT AND 2 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE.
  16. 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  17. 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  18. WHISK IT TOGETHER.
  19. ADD 1 EGG
  20. ADD WATER GRADUALLY.
  21. AND WHISK IT.
  22. INTO A RUNNY BATTER.
  23. DIP THE LOLLIPOP IN BATTER AND DEEP FRY.
  24. DO THE SAME WITH REST.
