Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled mixed vegetables
  2. 1 cup white Quakers oats
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 1 Tomato chopped
  5. 1 tsp butter/oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 tsp Pepper
  8. 1/4 tsp paprika
  9. 1 tsp cumin coriander powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL/BUTTER IN A PAN, SAUTE ONIONS UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  2. ADD TOMATOES , SPICE POWDERS AND SALT. MIX WELL. SAUTE UNTIL TOMATOES ARE TENDER
  3. NOW ADD THE MIXED VEGETABLES AND MIX WELL
  4. ADD OATS AND MIX WELL
  5. ADD 3/4 CUP OR MORE WATER AND MIX
  6. COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES TO DESIRED CONSISTENCY. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
