ABOUT Vegie Masala Oats. RECIPE

As we all know that oats are very healthy for body, and making the masala oats is just a very quick thing. Serves as a perfect healthy breakfast for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack masala oats
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 2 dry red chilli
  5. 1/4 th tsp mustard seeds
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds
  3. Put red chilli
  4. Add chopped onion and saute for few minutes.
  5. Add chopped carrot and give it a mix.
  6. Add salt
  7. Saute well
  8. Add oats.
  9. Add 1 cup water
  10. Stir well and cook until the water is dried up.
  11. Serve with curd.
