ABOUT Vegie oats. RECIPE

oats is very healthy and this is made in south indian style.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1pack oats
  2. 1cup chopped mixed veggies [carrots, beans, green peas]
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  5. 2dry red chillies
  6. 10 curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tsp oil in a.pan
  2. Add mustard seeds , dry red chillies and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  3. Add veggies and cook
  4. Now add oats
  5. Add 1 cup water
  6. Stir countinously
  7. This is ready to be served.
