We love the non-sticky and non-mushy version of the  that is made with rolled oats. oats fibrous and healthy also enjoy in uour breakfast best option . Morning kick start with healthy options.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Oats -1/2 cup
  2. Oil - 1teaspoon
  3. Chopped Ginger garlic
  4. Green chillies chopped -2
  5. Chopped tomatoes -1 small
  6. Onion chopped -1
  7. Salt as required
  8. White pepper crushed
  9. Peas - as required
  10. Chopped veggies - 1/2 cup as your favorite
  11. Water -2 cup
  12. Tumeric pinch of
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let their colour change. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté till the onion is golden. tomato and salt, reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add rolled oats, four cups water and cook for four to five minutes. Add one tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot, garnished with the remaining coriander leaves.
