  1. 1 cup green peas
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Coriander 1 tbsp
  4. 2 green chilly
  5. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  6. Sauf powder 1/2 tsp
  7. grated ginger
  8. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  9. 1/2 cup Maida
  10. 1 tsp suji
  11. oil as required
  12. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  13. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  15. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. SPICY PEAS KACHORI
  2. ADD SUJI,SALT,CHILLY POWDER AND 1 TSP OIL
  3. MAKE A DOUGH.
  4. GRIND BOILED PEAS, CORIANDER , GREEN CHILLY AND GRATED GINGER. DO NOT MAKE THE PASTE SMOOTH.
  5. TAKE A KADAI AND PUT OIL AND OTHER SPICES AND PUT THE PASTE MADE
  6. MIX IT PROPERLY.
  7. FILL IT IN A ROUND SHAPE OF FLOUR
  8. DEEP FRY IT TILL IT GETS GOLDEN BROWN.
  9. YOUR SPICY PEAS KACHORI IS READY. ENJOY!
