A delectable tangy dish,tomotoes stuffed with Methi(fenugreek),Greenpeas and cottage cheese cooked mash in a creamy tomato gravy .There is No onion no garlic added.Tastes wow ,do it with Love.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3-4tomatoes round small ,pulp scooped out
  2. 1cup tomato puree of scooped tomatoes
  3. 1/2cup milk
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. half teaspoon turmeric
  7. 1 teaspoon coriander rpowder
  8. one teaspoon ginger paste
  9. 1 cup methi matar malai mash
  10. one tablespoon oil
  11. one tablespoon fresh cream ssqueezing out directly better
  12. one tablespoon tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. ADDED PUREED TOMATOES SALT ,REDCHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC,CORRIANDERPOWDER,GINGER PASTE TO HOT OIL.
  2. SAUTE WELL ON SLOW AND ADD HALF CUP MILK STIR
  3. MIX STIR COOK WELL 2-4MINUTES
  4. STUFF THE TOATOES HOLLOWED WITH METHI MATAR MALAI MASH
  5. STUFF EACH TOMATO WELL
  6. ADD ONE TSPOON METHI MATAR PANEER MASH COOKED TO THICKEN GRAVY TOO
  7. ADD 1TBLSPN TOMATO KETCHUP
  8. POUR THE GRAVY IN A BAKING GLASS BOWL
  9. TOP THE STUFFED TOMATOES WITH 1TBLSPN GRAVY
  10. PUT IN MICROVEN FOR 2 MINUTES ,CHECK AFTER 1MINUTE THOUGH
  11. ADD AMUL FRESH CREAM SWIRLS ON THE TOMATOES
