Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato 4
  2. Boiled and peeled tomato 2
  3. Green chilly 1
  4. Red chilly powder 2 teaspoo
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder. 2teaspoon
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Oil 1 table spoon
  9. Rai 1/2teaspoon
  10. Green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First cut the thin slice of tomato from the top.
  2. Then from the help of knife take out the pulp from tomato in the bowl.
  3. Mash the boil potatoes and mix all the spices .
  4. Now fill the tomatoes with the potato and cover the thin slice that we had cut earlier on tomato . Like this fill all the tomato.
  5. Grind the tomato pulp in the mixer .
  6. Now take a kadhai and oil in it then add opinion (rai) in it.
  7. Then add the tomato pulp in it and add all the spices in it .
  8. Then put tomatoes one by one in kadhai and then cover the kadhai .
  9. After 10 min remove the cover and your dish was ready to serve.
