Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Tomato - 6-7 nos medium size
  2. Paneer- 1 cup Grated
  3. Chopped onion - 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  6. Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Roasted chana powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Chopped raisins - 1 tbsp
  9. For gravy
  10. Onion paste - 1 nos
  11. Tomato puree - 1/4 cup
  12. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  13. Hing- 1/4 tsp
  14. Curry powder- 1/2 tsp
  15. coriander powder - 1 tsp
  16. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  17. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  18. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  19. Sugar - 1 tsp
  20. Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
  21. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Scoops out to clean the tomatoes. Mix paneer and other ingredients.
  2. Stuffed the clean tomatoes with the paneer stuffing . Heat little oil and lightly saute the tomatoes and keep aside.
  3. Heat little more oil and add hing , ginger garlic paste, fry them for 1-2 minutes followed by onion paste. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, add tomato puree, all the masalas and cook till oil separated from the side. Add Water for gravy. Drop the the stuffed tomatoes in the boiling gravy and 3 - 4 minutes to cook. Check the salt and sugar. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve with rice.
