Yumm healthy filling ,this mutton chop done with batter of yeggs is simple yet very complete meal can serve as startes or have it on bed of pulao rice .Jyst your favourite seasoning thats it.Apply rice flour for crispy and less absorption of oil.Enjoy with potato wedges and spring onions on side

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 piece mutton chop
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2cup rice flour
  4. 1tblspn ginger garlic
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder kashmiri I used
  7. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  8. 1tspn vinegar
  9. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. KEEP OIL,1 MUTTON CHOP,RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,GARAM MASAALA,GINGER GARLIC ,1 EGG READY
  2. MIX SPICES GINGER GARLIC PASTE SALT AND 1TSPN VINEGAR WHITE
  3. MARINATE THE MUTTON CHOP WITH THE PASTE PREPARED FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OR PRESSURE COOK FOR 10 MIN
  4. BEAT ONE EGG WELL
  5. ADD LITTLE PINCH OF SALT BEAT WELL
  6. HEAT OIL TO FRY WELL
  7. DIP MUTTON CHOP IN EGG SLURRY WELL
  8. TAKE SOME RICE FLOUR IN A PLATE NOW TO COAT AND CRISP THE CHOP
  9. APPLY FLOUR WELL
  10. PUT TO FRY
  11. PUT HOT OIL ALL OVER TO FRY EVEN
  12. JUST FOR TASTE FRY SOME POTATOES TO ACCOMPANY
  13. FRY TILL WELL DONE
  14. REMOVE IN A BOWL
