Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. CHICKEN mince 250 grms
  2. Gg paste 2 tbsp
  3. Dry spices
  4. Dhania pwdr 1 tbsp
  5. Zeera pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. Chillie pwdr 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS CHICKEN MINCE, ADD 2 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, 2 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  2. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CORIANDER, CUMIN & RED CHILLI POWDERS, 1 TSP SALT
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, 2 SLICED FRIED ONIONS
  4. ADD 4 TBSP BROWN BREAD CRUMBS, A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, MIX
  5. COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR
  6. PLACE A CLING FLIM ON A CHOPPING BOARD, POUR 2 TSP OIL & SPREAD
  7. TAKE THE MARINATED MINCE & PRESS IT DOWN ON THE CLINGFLIM
  8. SHAPE INTO A RECTANGULAR BLOCK, CUT IT INTO 2 HALVES
  9. TAKE 1 BLOCK, SHALLOW FRY IN 2 TSP OIL IN A NONSTICK PAN
  10. FLIP & COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN FROM BOTH SIDES, SET ASIDE THE READY KEBAB
  11. TAKE SOME REGULAR WHOLE-WHEAT DOUGH
  12. ROLL OUT A THIN ROTI
  13. ROAST ON A HOT TAVA FOR 2 MINS ON BOTH SIDES
  14. PLACE THE READY CHICKEN KEBAB ON TOP
  15. PLACE A CHEESE SLICE ON TOP, FOLD THE ROTI
  16. APPLY MILK & SEAL THE ENDS
  17. MAKE AN ENVELOPE / LIFAFA
  18. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, GRILL THE LIFAFA ON A HOT TAVA
  19. FLIP & COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN FROM BOTH SIDES
  20. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP / KETCHUP
