Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Atta 1 cup
  3. Oil 2 tbsp
  4. Zeera 1 tsp
  5. Onion chopped 1
  6. Tomato chopped 2
  7. Palak chopped 1 cup
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  10. Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Mozerella cheese 1 cup
  13. Paneer 250 gms

Instructions

  1. For dough Take a bowl add maida,atta,salt,1tdp oil mix it well. Now add water and make a soft dough rest it for 10 min. Now divide the dough into 12 equal halves and make chapaties. Heat the tawa and cook kachi pakki chapati.keep a side.
  2. For stuffing Take a pan add oil,zeera,onion saute for 5 min now add ginger garlic paste again cook it for 3 min. And add tomatoes.. add spinach and paneer and all the seasoning except mozerella cheese..
  3. Transfer the stuffing in a bowl add cheese.. now take a chapati add stuffing and make square like parcel.
  4. Heat the tawa cook it from both sides.serve.
