  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Garlic paste 2teaspoon
  4. Ginger paste 2 teaspoon
  5. Salt as required
  6. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Kasuri methi 2 teaspoon
  8. Red cilli powder 1/2 teaspoon, kashmeri red cilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Lemon juice table spoon
  10. Garam mashala powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Mustard oil 2 table spoon
  13. Chat mashala 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. CLEAN CHICKEN PIECES
  2. MAKE DEEP SLITS ON IT TO ABSORB SPICE
  3. IN A MIXING BOWL MIX CURD WITH GARLIC PASTE
  4. KASURI METHI
  5. BLACK PEPPER POWDER TERMARIC POWDER SALT GINGER PASTE
  6. KASHMERI RED CILLI POWDER
  7. RED CILLI POWDER
  8. CORIANDER POWDER
  9. GARAM MASHALA POWDER
  10. LEMON JUICE
  11. FOOD COLOUR (OPTIONAL)
  12. MUSTARD OIL
  13. ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND RUB WITH THE MASHALA MIX
  14. NOW REFRIGERATE IT FOR OVERNIGHT OR ATLEAST FOR 2 HOURS
  15. FOR MAKING TANDOORI CHICKEN PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 200°C FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES
  16. GRILL IT FOR 15 MINUTES
  17. THEN BRUSH OIL WITH THE MARINADE AND GRILL THE OTHER SIDE FOR ABOUT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES
  18. OR GRILL UNTIL IT COOKED PROPERLY
  19. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS FOR REMAINING MARINATED CHICKEN PIECES
  20. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS FOR REMAINING MARINATED CHICKEN PIECES IT'S READY
  21. SPRINKLE CHAT MASHALA
  22. SERVE WITH ONION RINGS CUCUMBER AND LEMON
