  1. Prawns-400g
  2. Jeera rice-1 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
  4. Onion-2
  5. Tomato-1(big size)
  6. Spices(cardamom, cinnamon,brinj leaf, star, fennel seeds,cloves)
  7. Oil-2 table spoon
  8. Ghee-1spoon
  9. Mint leaves
  10. Corriander leaves
  11. Turmeric powder
  12. Salt
  13. Corriander powder-1/2 spoon
  14. Chilly powder-1 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. IN PRESSURE COOKER,ADD 2 TABLE SPOON OIL
  2. ADD 1 SPOON GHEE
  3. ADD ALL SPICES
  4. ADD 2 MEDIUM SIZE ONION(BIG SLICED)
  5. STIR IT TILL IT TURNS TO BROWN
  6. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  7. ADD GINER GARLIC PASTE
  8. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  9. ADD 1/2 SPOON CORRIANDER POWDER
  10. ADD CHILLY POWDER
  11. SAUTE IT AND ADD WASHED PRAWNS
  12. SAUTE IT WELL FOR 5 MINUTES
  13. ADD TOMATO
  14. ADD MINT LEAVES AND CORRIANDER LEAVES
  15. ADD SOAKED JEERA RICE
  16. ADD WATER
  17. WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
