Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 1/4 kg
  2. Oil 4 tablespoons
  3. Cinnamon stick medium 1
  4. Cloves 3
  5. Bay leaves 2
  6. green chillies 3
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  8. Tomatoes big mushy 3
  9. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  10. red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  11. Crushed black pepper 1 tablespoon
  12. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Salt 1 teaspoon
  15. Yogurt 1/4 Cup
  16. Garlic slices 2 tablespoons
  17. Cilantros chopped fistful

Instructions

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a pan . Fry 3 cloves , 2 bay leaves , 1 cinnamon stick,3 green chillies.
  2. Add 1/4kg chicken .Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. Fry the chicken in high heat for 5 mins.
  3. Once the chicken changes colour , add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder , 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes,
  4. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder , 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder . Fry . Then add tomatoes .
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes . Add crushed black pepper , salt . Cook till oil oozes .
  6. Add 1/4 cup yogurt . Mix . Dum cook for 10 minutes in low heat . gf
  7. Its done . Garnish with sliced garlics and chopped cilantros .
  8. Taimoori Chicken is ready to serve .
