Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl noodles
  2. 1 bowl cooked rice
  3. 1 cup chopped carrot & capsicum
  4. 1 tsp fried rice masala
  5. 1/2 salt tsp
  6. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. 1/2 tsp tasting salt
  8. 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. BOIL WATER PUT NOODLES ..COOK UNTIL IT GETS SOFT
  2. 1 BOWL COOKED RICE,1 BOWL COOKED NOODLES ,1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CARROT,1/2 CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUM,1 TSP FRIED RICE MASALA POWDER,1/2 TSP PEPPER,1/2 TSP SALT
  3. HEAT A PAN WITH SOME BUTTER. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC PIECES.
  4. ADD CARROTS AND SAUTE UNTIL THEY GET SOFT.
  5. ADD CAPSICUM PIECES. MIX WELL
  6. ONCE VEGGIES ARE SOFT ENOUGH, THEN ADD FRIED RICE MASALA,SALT, PEPPER
  7. THEN ADD NOODLES,
  8. ONCE EVERYTHING IS MIXED WELL AND MASALA FLAVOUR BINDS TO NOODLES, THEN ADD RICE
  9. MIX WELL, FRY FOR TWO MIN. ADD TASTING SALT . COOK FOR FEW MORE SECONDS.
