2 cup cooked rice
Carrots [chopped] - 1/2 cup
beans [chopped] - 1/4 th cup
Tomatoes [chopped] - 1
Cabbage [shredded] - 1/2 cup
Spring onion [chopped] - 4 tbsp
1tsp fried rice masala
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder/paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Schezuwan sauce - 1 tbsp
1/2tsp vinegar
Refined oil
Instructions
Heat about 1 tbsp oil in a wok, then add the ginger garlic paste in it followed by the chopped vegetables. Stire them and cook on a high flame for few minutes.
Then add the red chilly powder, the sauces and the vinegar. Stir for few seconds and then add the cooked rice.
Then add the required amount of salt and fried rice masala powder, give it a stir.
Garnish with some chopped spring onion or coriander leaves, and serve.
