ABOUT Veg Fried Rice RECIPE

This is an Indo Chinese Dish which is made from veggies with few sauces and some spices. It is a good option for some parties like kids parties, birthday or kitty parties.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice 1 kg
  2. Paneer 1/2 kg
  3. Beans 300 gm
  4. Carrot 7
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper powder 2 teaspoon
  7. White vinegar 2 tablespoon
  8. Soya sauce as required
  9. Oil as required
  10. Fried rice masala 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice in water for half an hour.
  2. Chop the carrot and beans and cut the paneer in small size and keep aside.
  3. Boil the rice 90 percent and then drain the water and keep rice in a strainer.
  4. Now take a large wok and heat 1 tablespoon oil, add quarter veggies, black pepper powder, 2 teaspoon fried rice masala and mix and cook well for few minutes.
  5. After that add quarter rice, 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for few minutes .
  6. Do the same with remaining rice and veggies.
  7. Serve hot.
