left lots of rice??? or there is a Dal-rice in lunch but kids don’t want to eat??? Make this yummy veg fried rice in just 5 mins.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. leftover rice- 1 cup
  2. capsicum cut in stripes- 1/4 cup
  3. onion cut in strips- 1/2 cup
  4. cabbage thin strips- 1/2 cup
  5. ginger-garlic paste- 1/4 teaspoon
  6. cinnamon stick- 1 small stick
  7. green cardamom- 2
  8. bay leave- 1
  9. green chilli -2 chopped
  10. soya sauce- 2 tablespoon
  11. vinegar- 2 tablespoon
  12. black pepper- 1/2 tablespoon crushed
  13. salt to taste
  14. oil

Instructions

  1. Take a wok.
  2. Heat oil and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and green cardamom.
  3. Add green chillies and ginger- garlic paste.
  4. Sauté a little now add onion.
  5. As you seen onion little pinkish add cabbage and capsicum.
  6. Sauté for 2 mins . Make sure veggie should be little crunchy.
  7. Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
  8. Now add rice and stir fry on high flame.
  9. Your fried rice is ready to serve.
