Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 2 packets
  2. Maggi masala 2 packets
  3. Curry leaves as required
  4. Onion 1
  5. Mustard urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Tomato 1

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,Curry leaves,onion,masala powder.mix well
  2. Add water and allow for boil.add noodles.
  3. Cook for 15 min in low flame.
  4. Fried Maggi is ready to eat
